SATURDAY JANUARY 11th, 2014 THE DOORS WILL OPEN AT 9AM.  THE GIRLS WILL BE DIRECTED TO THEIR SPECIFIED WAITING AREA.  COACHES NEED TO CHECK THEIR TEAM IN AS THEY ARRIVE. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR TEAM TSHIRTS WHEN YOU CHECK IN.

 

THE PERFORMANCE WILL BEGIN AT 10AM AND WE ANTICIPATE THE BENEFIT TO CONCLUDE AROUND 2:30PM.

WE HAVE 3 HIGHLY QUALIFIED JUDGES WHO WILL EVALUATE YOUR TEAM DURING THEIR PERFORMANCE.  THIS IS NOT A COMPETITION, BUT AN OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUR TEAM TO BE EVALUATED BEFORE THEY COMPETE AT NATIONALS.  YOU MAY PICK UP YOUR SCORES AT THE TSHIRT TABLE AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT.

PLEASE HAVE YOUR MUSIC ON CD.  THERE WILL BE NO SPEED CONTROL AVAILABLE.
 

ALL TEAM PERFORMANCES WILL TAKE PLACE AT JENKS FIELD HOUSE

 

ADMISSION IS $5 FOR ADULTS, $3 FOR STUDENTS AND CHILDREN 5 AND UNDER ARE FREE.
 

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK MAY BE BROUGHT INTO THE BENEFIT.
 

THERE WILL BE TSHIRTS AVAILABLE FOR $15.
 

THE SILENT AUCTION WILL BEGIN AT 9:30AM.  WE HAVE SOME GREAT ITEMS UP FOR PURCHASE.  THE WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE BENFIT.
 

PLEASE REMIND ALL YOUR PARENTS THAT 100% OF THE PROCEEDS FROM THE BENEFIT, AD SALES, MERCHANDISE AND TICKET SALES WILL GO TO BENEFIT THE AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY!!​
